Tillingham Vineyard is a hotel, restaurant, bar and winery set amongst 70 acres of vines, rolling hills and woodland with far reaching views along the Tillingham River valley and the hilltop town of Rye, East Sussex.
The recently renovated farmstead provides a place for visitors to stay and a new menu focuses on the seasonal produce of our farm and the local area.
For this year’s scallop festival, alongside some incredible scallop dishes available every day, Tillingham will be hosting TWO scallop masterclasses with Fish Union co-founder and ex-J Sheekey’s head chef Richard Kirkwood, a unique opportunity to learn preparation and cooking techniques, meet Richard and enjoy some truly fantastic Sussex wines.
