We are a family run guest house, with 9 en suite rooms in the heart of Rye. All guest rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, TV, towels and good quality comfortable beds so that you can have a wonderful and restful sleep.

Through out the Rye Bay Scallop Week, we will be offering Rye Bay scallop and bacon baps for breakfast, lunch and brunch – so no one misses out! Veggie options are also available.
Our well stocked bar and terraces provides a range of drinks, breakfasts and light lunches on the corner of Mermaid Street overlooks Rye’s bustling Strand Quay.
The Old Borough Arms also has a 3 bedroom apartment at the top of the building with King size bedroom, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, bathroom and a living room that looks out across The Strand.
