St Clement’s is a small, independently run restaurant, which has a long standing reputation for serving locally caught, fresh fish and locally reared meat cooked simply and accompanied by the area’s best seasonal produce. Championed by Rick Stein in 52 Weekends by the Sea, we are the only restaurant in East Sussex to have been awarded the Michelin Bib Gourmand award; an accolade recognising commitment to producing a high standard of food at reasonable prices served in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
