with Pancetta and Mint Butter served with a warm Asparagus and Pea Salad

Scallops with Sweet Chilli and Mango Salsa
on a Bed of Plain Rice

Seared Scallops
with Leek Ribbons and Pesto

Seared Scallops
with Sugar Snap Peas and Couscous.
